Where is Indigo Child Crystals based?

We are based in North Beach, South Australia and currently sell Online through our Website and Live Sales on Facebook and Instagram. 

 

Where do the Crystals come from?

Our Crystals are sourced from all over the Globe. These places include Brazil, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Australia and China.

 

Why does my Crystal have imperfections?

Crystals are formed when minerals come together and are crystallized in combination with fire and/or water.

As these are made naturally by the earth, each crystal is individual with it's own imprint. They each will have their own cracks, crevices and individual form.

No two crystals are the same and that is what makes them so unique. 

 

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is currently a flat rate charge of $10 for standard delivery, Australia Wide. We currently ship with Australia Post.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Not at this point in time.

 

How long will it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days and you will be notified by email with the tracking number.

We accept payments via Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay and Afterpay.
